So the last few weeks have been pretty good, Just got out to Australia and set our selfes up with a car and a house bang in the middle of Freemantle town. Its a cool place with a vibrant nightlife and great kiting, possibly some of the best in the world! Im here with James Boulding and Sam Light and we have been rolling in a pretty cool UK crew meeting up with Luke Whiteside from the North UK team for a few sessions.

Over the next few weeks I am going to be filming and shooting with the UK boys to get some good videos together…Both for net distribution and a possible DVD at the end of the year. Its safe to say there is some good things coming from this trip…The kitelauncher might be making an appearance at some point too!

In there is my visit to Necker Island, Trip to Hawaii, Start of the Year in Australia and my time hanging in Fuerteventura with the North team…I wanted to do something with some of the footage that I hadn’t used so this was it.
I am currently flying to Australia again to start my 2011 season with a Bang. Im not sure currently if i will be competing in the PKRA world cup this season, or doing more unique events and filming a DVD with some of the most influential kiteboarders of the times. My passion lays with a killer DVD project that I hope to film and produce by the end of the year…watch out for video blog updates!

Hitting Auz with a bang for the CORE rail jam, it has been a good few days, arriving in Auz and sorting out a car and accommodation. I have been riding for the first few days in a few different spots, getting used to the area and warming up after a cold month in the UK.

The CORE jam stared a few days ago and we have been busy setting up the rails and riding a bit, warming up for the contest at the end of the week. Unfortunately I broke my finger on day 2 of the warm up sessions for the contest, eliminating my chances of competing.This is a bit of a setback for me, but it should only keep me out of the water for about four weeks and i will be back on form for the BVI kite jam on Necker island in march.

Wow, so as good as this winter has been, it just got better. Yesterday it snowed about 10 inches on the hills near my house, so I headed up for a bit of snow kite action. Amazing to be surfing one day and then snowboarding the next!

Booked Auz tickets yesterday too, 18th on the way the Perth for the Core Jam followed by the KTA Boracay event and then the BVI kite Jam on Neker island…Going to be a good start to the season!

Right, so I have just come rounds after far too long on the festive band wagon following Christmas. Back to making plans for the coming season in 2010, what a good year its going to be!

Im still here in the UK, waiting to get on a plane to Australia to meet the UK crew out there and ride in the CORE rail jam at Woodmans point, Perth. The winter in the UK has been surprisingly good, dishing out some solid swells and a few kite sessions, so it hasnt been all bad, but never the less I am ready to move onto the next trip.

After Auz, North are sending me to the Philippines for the KTA Boracay event, that should be good to see whats happening on their emerging tour and the level of riding from the local riders.

I had two good weeks in Fuerteventura, we had wind almost every day but it was alot colder that expected. However the winter swells delivered the goods and i got sailing at some nice point breaks and crunching shore dumps. here are some shots to paint the picture!

Now I am heading home again quickly to get some kit from my new sponsor ION and collect all of my 2009 kites. My current plans are to stay in the UK until the 15th of Feb and then head back of the the Caribbean to visit some new islands. I will keep you posted on my actions over the next few weeks in the English winter…

After spending over a month bay at home in the UK, I am making the move to head to the wind. I am going to Fuerteventura, one of the Canarie Islands, on saterday for two weeks to film and shoot some 2009 wave action with the new 2009 North freestyle fish wave board.

With a 22knot wind forecast and over 3.5m swells rolling on to the North shore of Fuerte, it looks like we could get some pretty epic conditions. Check back within the week for some fresh shots and maybe a new vid!

As i have been traveling now for most of the year, it is a nice change to be back at home, enjoying xmas and new year with my mates. The UK winter makes a change from the tropical scene of palms in the wind and white sandy beaches…you mite think an unwelcome change. However, as cold as it is its always nice when the sea dishes up some nice waves from afar. Unfortunately there has been no wind so i havnt been able to kite, but here are some shots from my home surf break…

since my last post in brazil i have been on travels. I went to Miami, las vegas, Hawaii, and i am now in west australia!! it has been an awesome trip!! i have been doing alot of training and working for 2008.

i have recently got 1st in a local invitational competition at saftey bay in perth, which was cool, i won some money and a crate of beers!! a sweet way to stary my training for the english winter!!
